Departments

Departments are intended to to be used to group user accounts together.

Note

This functionality isn't used elsewhere in classroombookings until version 2.5.0+, so you might want to ignore it for now.

Open Source version

If you're using the open source version and decide to use Departments, you could run queries against your database to report on usage by department, for example.
